Sing Books with Emily, the Blog

An Impression for Edelweiss, and Gram

Posted on: March 4, 2017

When I sing the song Edelweiss, I often think how my grandmother was a lot like that flower.  Today, I wrote a little poem about it:

144.
I love to sing Edelweiss
And play my guitar
I think of my Gram
So like that white flower

A little bit stern
Not very frilly
Snowy, straight forward
So very pretty
