The Value of Repetition

Posted on: October 24, 2016

Repeated listening to and singing together of songs fosters a sense of belonging and shared culture among the participants. When we sing as a group, we know and value these songs together and therefore know and value the others who share in the experience. And because these songs are available for anyone (this is a main point, to never put a reservation on the sharing of them) who wants to join in, then it is therefore possible for anyone and everyone to know and value the songs and therefore the belonging and shared culture and thus goodwill amongst all fellow humans that is the natural result.
