Four for Alice, an SBWE Song Set

Posted on: July 22, 2016

Four fun little tunes from Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland. I’M LATE depicts the White Rabbit in the Disney animated movie. HOW DOTH THE LITTLE CROCODILE is the result Alice’s attempt to recite a familiar rhyme to herself while trying to get her footing in the topsy-turvy world down the rabbit hole.  BEAUTIFUL SOUP is sung by Mock Turtle during her seaside visit with him and the Gryphon. In the book, the Mad Hatter sings TWINKLE LITTLE BAT for the Tea Party participants as a rehearsal before singing it for the Queen of Hearts. In the Disney movie, the Dormouse, drunk with tea, hiccups the song from a teapot.
