Though the song itself doesn’t scream HALLOWEEN, I found myself reaching for it when assembling stacks of songs to share for Sing Books visits when we were thinking about Halloween fun.  The reason is the book’s illustrations, pictures filled with fanciful fairies and creatures, owls and incense, it seemed like just the thing when celebrating this time filled with fanciful costumes and imagination.
