Happy Birthday Limerick for My Pal James, March 2012

Posted on: April 13, 2012

I’m so excited to make up a limerick for my pal James Rowe who is such a fabulous person.  He is a former performer but continues to practice the ART of being a wonderful person.  We met when we both  worked as Administrative Assistants at Microsoft Corporation’s office in New York City.  I loved James immediately.  He was fun and funny and a gust of fresh air in that overly-tense, ego-saturated office.  James has since worked extensively and passionately in the world of not-for-profits mounting huge events with world class personalities like Bill Clinton and the Dali Lama.  James is also an accomplished ASL interpreter, notably interpreting songs for the a-capella group Anna Crusis.

Happy Birthday James!

James Rowe row’d his way to my heart
He’s a friend from the end to the start
He works like an ace
To make the world a better place
I miss but admire James from a far.

I sang the limerick and posted it on my SoundCloud page:
