Lori G. is an incredible athlete.  She runs marathons like most people walk to the mailbox.  She is also a physical trainer by profession, the mother of two boys and wife of an army officer who has spent years in the Middle East.  If anyone deserves to be the subject of a song, it is Lori!  The very least I could do was write and sing her a little limerick for her birthday.

Happy Birthday Lori!

Happy Birthday to fleet Lori G
Who runs marathons with glory-ee
The running you see
Frees up cake calories
You can eat on your birthday with glee!
