It was with a heavy heart that I had to miss our gathering last week in Mrs. Morgan’s class.  We started with “All God’s Critters” since the kids had just enjoyed a rainy day trip to a local farm.  Then we warbled a Thanksgiving song, “Over the River,” the version illustrated by Matt Tavares because his version illustrates the entire poem written by Lydia Maria Child, and I didn’t want those darlings to miss out on it.  Then we launched into some holiday flavored delights…
